Dreams - Gateshead

Dave, the store assistant I was dealing with, was very knowledgeable on the products Dreams offered. He was both friendly and professional at all times, and I wouldn't hesitate to ask for him by name if I needed anything else from Dreams.

Came into the shop and was warmly greeted by the store assistant who quickly understood what I wanted and showed me a few examples. Excellent customer service throughout my time in the shop, very friendly and professional with very good advice on what might suit me best, as well as a quick and easy purchase with delivery arranged to suit me.

Susan was very knowledgable about the type of bed we have and the suitable mattresses available for use with it. She was very pleasant to deal with.

She was really friendly, very professional and had an encyclopaedic knowlegde of the products throughout the store. Due to this, we left with the perfect product. All the staff where extremely friendly, joanne was the member of staff who helped us she could not of been more helpful. She took her time to understand what we needed helping choose a matress correct for us and explaining all products and cover. Would definitely reccomend

The customer service was excellent not pushy at all. We viewed the bed eatlier and having visited a couple of bed stores to compare quality and price returned to dreams, primarily because the atmosphere and professional service stood out. We visited the store yesterday to view and try out products. We went home and thought about it overnight and came back in this morning to place our order. While we were viewing yesterday we were offered refreshments and asked about our preferences and requirements. Joanne suggested combinations and choices to consider, hence we sought her out to place our order.

The adviser was very helpful and friendly, made the whole experience worthwhile.
