The ladies in the shop were first class couldn't be more helpful

My husband is disabled and Denise spent time explaining everything to us. Her advice was very good when you are not sure when you are spending a lot of money. We were given a cup of coffee which was excellent. Her colleague was at the next desk and it was obvious that they got on well with each other and made us feel very comfortable. We also bought pillows and sheets and she insisted on helping us to the car and gave me a big cuddle. She could tell I was stressed. M. Southern

The assistant was very nice to talk to went out of her way to be helpful couldn't ask for a nicer person to talk to would recommend her to anyone

I walk into the store on a cold and wet day on 8/8/17 thinking to myself "i think it is time for a new bed" i walked into the store wet and was seen too as soon as i walk in was welcomed by all and seen to by Susan with help me with all questions i had about all bed and mattresses and at the end of the she give me a quote on the bed i believed was the bed for me so i left with a smile on my face. I came in the next day with my family 9/8/17 and as soon as i came in they all remembered my name and help me straight away and made my mother a nice hot drink and even help my brother pick a mattress out for himself but i was still not 100% on getting the bed i wanted so i waited. I came back to the store on the 15/8/17 and i knew i was going to get the bed Susan help me with day 1 and after sitting down we were all done with in minutes and i walk out of that store knowing i have picked the right bed. I would like the thank Susan at the team valley branch for all her help

Denise was just lovely and made us feel at ease. Very knowledgable and a delight.

The staff where excellent with myself and even though it was a Sunday and near closing time, they stayed back late to process my order. I even offered to come back the following day so that the staff could go home. Very very impressed with the customer service and will be advising any friends to use the store in the future. I for one will definitely be going back.

Joanne, our sales consultant, was very friendly and informative on our specific needs. We both didn't realise there was a science to the different type of mattresses available. We had found a reasonably priced super king divan bed online (exclusive) but Joanne didn't recommend it for our specific needs. Joanne showed us the few different types of mattresses and let us know the colour coordination of the types of mattresses throughout the store, and allowed us to try them at our own pace.

The lady who served us was attentive from the minute we stepped through the door. She took us over to the testing station where we tried a couple of beds. She offered us some tempura pillows to lay on while we did it. She showed us a couple of bed frames and told us her experiences of buying her own bed. She was friendly and had a good rapport with her. We chatted whilst she finalised all the details and gave us a couple of extras thrown in such as the tempur pillows and some competitions etc.
