Extremely helpful and highly knowledgeable of the products on show to choose from. I'm amazed how many choices were on offer.

I was accompanying my elderly father to buy a new mattress, neither of us had been to a Dreams store before or were familiar with the various new mattress types (Tempur, hybrid etc) The sales assistant, Danni was absolutely brilliant, she was patience and informative without being patronising or getting exasperated. We were offered refreshments and at no time did we feel hurried or pressurised

Rick was able to take us through every step of chosing both a new main bed & mattress and a further bed / matress for the spare room along with a replacement mattress for the other spare room. From the mattress machine through to the testing a many beds until we decided on the best choice for us, after taking into account Rick's recommendations. Dani was then able to go through the costs and make further along with discussing offers and protection. Overall the staff were knowledgeable and profeesional, providing us with sufficeint time to make our own decisions without feeling pressurised.

No pressure from the sales assistant, friendly and informative and made sure I understood everything.
