Denise was very informative regarding the base and mattress we were looking for. She was very helpful and did not try to influence us at all, giving us plenty of time to decide on the base and mattress that we purchased. The only disappointing part of our visit was the time we will have to wait, almost 6 weeks, for our new bed to be delivered. Denise explained that the bed is very popular and that if the bed became available sooner, she would contact us. I was really impressed by Denise, her customer service skills were exemplary.

The sales assistant took the time to understand my needs and did not pressure sell

The assistant who was named Denise was very professional and friendly infact all the staff in this store where lovely people. I was delighted with the sofa bed i purchased and found the whole experience very very pleasent.

The assistant Janette introduced her self when i walked in the door and asked if i would like some help. She explined that i could try the colours on the beds and see which one was comfortable for me, then took me to the beds in that colour and showed me ghe different prices.she was very helpfull, she asked me what kind of bed i had. Asked if i had trouble sleeping,how i slept (which posision) , she knew what she was selling and what would be best for me in my price range.
