Your sales lady was very helpful ,informative and friendly nothing was too much bother for her

The sales assistant was extremely well prepared to talk us through every aspect of the items we were looking for, offering options and suggestions. The impression of the level of training she had received was very high. She was well informed and also kept our kids entertained, meaning a completely hassle free experience.

Referred through a friend to use Dreams, bed had great reviews online and great price in the sale. Sales assistant, Abi, was very friendly and personable and had a good knowledge of the products. She also gave me the opportunity to try some side sleeper microspring pillows- I didn't feel pushed or obliged to buy but did anyway as impressed with the pillows and their comfortability. I also purchased the bedcover service plan through Abi. Again, there was no 'pushiness', just a sense of being informed and felt the overall experience was easy and will definitely be recommending in future. Overall, a happy customer.

Experienced approachable Dreams personnel who had empathy for my sleep needs, not pushy, gave me options and left me to decide. Then reconfirmed my decision based on small double size. Good experience although intended to spend less appreciate you get what you pay for and value of sleep is important.

Very good assistance from your employer called Susan at Team Valley she understood our needs and helped us choose the bed we wanted. She wasn't pushy and gave us time to make our minds up.

We were greeted as soon as we entered the store. Susan took time to listen to what we wanted and was able to direct us to the type of product we were looking for. She gave us time to decide on what we wanted while being available to answer all of our queries. We were even offered a hot drink!

When we entered the store we were greeted by very pleasant staff not overly pushy ,and when we asked for help we found Denise to be completely professional and knowledgeable she offered us refreshments while we browsed,and gave us pillows while we tested the mattresses . When she completed paperwork we found her to be vigilant and always confirming the information. Great service Thanks
