Joanne, the assistant who helped us, was excellent, she really helped us to understand each of the types of mattresses available. Then, through how we felt on each mattress narrowed our search down to two which we liked, eventually leading us to buy the mattress perfect for us. Without her help we may not have arrived to the same conclusion, and may not have even bought the bed at all.

Janette was very knowledgeable and really helped us to make the right decisions for the bed, mattress, headboard and pillows. We were also assisted by Dave to help in the headboard decision. Nothing was too much trouble for the team. Hot coffee was a welcome touch too. A fantastic service all round! Thank you

Your sales assistant was extremely helpful with helping to give us the best knowledge and understanding of the mattress we decided upon. She was not too intrusive and obviously had a very good understanding of the products.
