Friendly service knowledgeable team. Easy to talk to. Easy to understand differences between beds/ mattress's so we got exactly what we were looking for and needed.

Breifly, staff member Jay was extremely helpful from the moment we arrived onwards provide all relevant advise and assistance while still allowing us time to browse. The bed frame we intended to purchase was completely unavailable and other options i liked did have very long delivery times as they had to be internationally shipped. However, Jay was very helpful and took us through all other options answering queries, providing demonstrations and allowing us time to make comparisons. Overall i feel the frame i purchased as a substitute was entirely satisfactory and i left pleased. Furthermore, staff ensured that all prices, payment options, extras and additional packages were fully explained to us in detail. I additionally found the store to be very clean and relaxed which made the shopping experience at Dreams more pleasant.

The Items I bought are exactly what we want, but instead of just buying a new bed , every thing is itemised i.e. buy the frame / buy the mattress / buy the head board / pay to have our old beds taken away (of course we have old beds to take away otherwise why would we be buying new beds). All we wanted to do is buy new beds!

We felt looked after from the moment we stepped in the door until the moment we left. Fantastic!

Mainly due to the service we received from Abi - she was friendly, really helpful but never pushy. We came in to look at childrens beds: we had lots of questions, but Abi answered everything we wanted to know, and she asked us lots of questions to make recommendations based on what was right for us. The girls loved being able to test out which mattresses they liked. We were offered all of the extra things we needed such as bedding, pillows and duvets, although only things right for us - nothing seemed pushed or unnecessary. We were offered a drink, and everthing was explained quickly and efficiently. We began the day intending to buy a cheap cabin bed from B & M, but the service and quality in store convinced us that we made the right choice to invest a bit more money in what was right for us.
