Very friendly staff with excellent knowledge to help me choose the mattress.

When originally looking we wanted an ottoman bed or one with a lot of storage. My husband fell in love with the Alexander to bed but it had limited storage. Rachael remembered that although the bed currently did not offer the ottoman she was sure this was a product that was coming soon. And when she checked I was due to go on sale in October. She took our detail kept in touch. So we knew when the bed when on sale.

The assistance, information and help I was given by Denise was first class, enough time was spend to test and try the various mattresses, I did not feel rushed or pressured. I am happy to recommend Dreams to family and friends.

Denise was extremely helpful and took time to show us different types of beds that were specific to our needs. Very, very helpful and friendly and the store was spotlessly clean.

The assistant Susan in dreams (team valley ) was very helpful and friendly when she was explaining everything we needed to know about the bed we were wanting to buy. It is the third time we have purchased from your shop and everyone has alerts been so friendly and helpful and we will definitely return in the future.

The wife & I were greeted but not pressurised when entering the shop, when requesting assistance it was immediate, polite, extremely knowledgeable and had the right balance of hummer. There was a large range of pillows to choose from which we did first, when and only when, we were happy with are choose, we selected Five mattress's , before selecting the one we wanted. We were not hurried at any time during our visit & actually quite enjoyed it.
