The lovely lady who served us (short blonde hair middle aged) was super friendly with us and our children, found us the best offer, let us test out the bed, made us feel at ease and was overall very nice.

Had always thought Dreams' products were out of my price range. Visited Team Valley shop as last resort having exhausted all other avenues. I did not see what I was looking for - a Small Double Ottoman Bed for my guest bedroom. Dreams' colleague Denise offered assistance, coffee and suggested a package that suited my needs and budget. I left the shop feeling happy having had a full holistic unpressurised shopping experience and looking forward to the bed's delivery.

My husband and I were served by Abigail. Her product knowledge was second to none, and she was friendly and patient while we decided on which mattress we were going to opt for. While she helped us, another member of staff called Susan made my husband a cup of coffee. Abigail explained all the payment options available to us. She was very thorough and efficient, ensuring we were happy with everything that had been explained to us. I would highly recommend Dreams to all my family and friends. My husband commented on how friendly the staff were, and how it had a welcoming environment.

Staff who dealt with my purchase were knowledgable, accommodating and friendly. The member of staff who dealt with my query was named Denise and I would highly recommend her for a Dreams award (if this is possible) - she was patient on top of the above and ensured I tried a number of mattresses before I decided on my purchases. We were served by Abi at the Gateshead team valley Store Abi was very friendly She asked what we were looking for and immediately took us to the beds she thought we would be interested in she showed great knowledge and service. She offered alternatives from her recommendation and explained the difference thoroughly and also offered us a tea or coffee which was extremely appreciated . Nothing seemed a trouble. She was so polite and not pushy I feel you have a very valued member of staff there.
