Your staff member Rachel was the main reason we returned , she is a huge asset to your store knowledgeable, informative and friendly , I work in customer services and she is definitely a keeper .

We were greeted warmly and offered a hot beverage by Rachel. She was very knowledgeable and made it easy to locate the correct mattress (within minutes). Rachel also provided considerable assistance in finding all bases that fitted my requirements. It took longer for me to choose the base unit and Rachel left me alone to ponder on this. Once I had chosen, Rachel quickly helped me purchase and book the bed for delivery. She also explained the additional warranty on the mattress and base unit, which resulted in me taking up this warranty.

We went in with the hope of buying two small double beds and walked out with exactly that. The sales assistant (manager in this case) was highly attentive to our needs, listened to our requests, made recommendations and processed our order accurately and speedily, stipulating clearly delivery timelines.

Abi, the assistant who helped with my purchase, spent her whole time making me feel comfortable throughout my experience. She was able to understand my needs and communicated with me on a level where I felt most at ease. Her knowledge, from her own experiences, helped persuade me with the purchase I made on the day.

The assistant at the team valley store was called Abi and she was very helpful she kept us supplied with tea and coffee gave us space and time to wonder and took us through all our options when we ordered

Staff asked if you required assistance but are not pushy. When assistance was required they were knowledgeable & friendly & explained things in an appropriate level of detail to help us make the correct choice. Prices of mattresses were fair + free delivery.

The in store team were simply fantastic; I'm horrendous with names otherwise I would have mentioned them personally. Their levels of customer service were absolutely exceptional and their product knowledge and passion for said products was immense. The service was truly tailored to my individual needs and everything was explained to me in depth to allow me to make the correct purchase. There was no pressure selling; no hard sales pitch; just a perfect combination of their personal and professional opinion about the stores products. They really made my night; not only because of the service but because of their bubbly personalities and humour. I will only ever return to dreams for any future purchases.

The sales assistant, Denise, was very knolwedgable and helpful with a friendly attitude. We told her what we were looking for and she knew exactly which beds to show us and was very patient while we tried them all. Our only disappointment was the delivery date bing so long.
