The assistant was very helpful and patient. She helped us make a choice on the best bed for us.

Dani in the Team Valley dreams store was very helpful and polite. She greeted us as soon as walked in the store, and offered us help trying to find our bed! Dani helped us with the measurements of our bed, and then helped us find the right mattress (and pillows!) for us. Dani was very knowledgable about the mattresses and provided highly intellectual advice. We were then offered a drink when it came to pay and she was able to help us with the right payment options for us. Thanks Dani for making our experience so enjoyable :)

Jonathan was very helpful showed us all the options relevant to use after using the machine. Not push at all made us want to purchase with him. We have ordered a new bed and mattress. We did not feel rushed in to making a decision and ended up buying one there and then. Great service
