Janette was very friendly. We were given time to look around without any pressure but quietly on hand to answer any question. When my husband and I had decided on the beds we liked, she answered all our questions. She had a lot of knowledge about the beds we had chosen. We used the tempur demonstration pod which we enjoyed and the cup of coffee afterwards. During the purchasing of the beds, she took time to explain the various products that were available to protect our new beds as this was a large purchase for us. We found the whole experience very relaxing and would recommend dreams to others
