Rachael who served us was very knowledgeable and helpful in aiding us to select the mattress. We had already bought a bed head which was the main reason for shopping at Dreams. Having discussed the problems that we have experienced over mattress selection in the past, Rachael was able to advise and recommend a quality mattress that we then agreed to buy. She gave us coffee and we learned a lot about bedding from her. Our thanks to her.

I purchased my own bed last year from dreams and was happy with the purchase.So went back for an occasional use bed. Both experiences were fine and I will go back next year for bed for my third bedroom.

I came in looking for a new mattress due to back problems. The staff were very helpful and my wife and I tested each type and softness until we were happy.

The store was warm and very welcoming the assistance Jeanette new her job and made us very welcome she made us a lovely cup of coffee then disgust our purchase in great detaile we bought our bed and left the store very happy

I’ve now purchased 3 beds and mattresses from Dreams within 12 months. All the stafff from the store assistants to the delivery drivers were great, very friendly and helpful.

Rachel [Sales person) was very helpful and knowledgable and even spoke to my sister on my mobile to discuss the choice of colours for the headboard as it had to match curtains (all above my understanding). Nothing was a problem and both myself and sister were impressed with service and attitude of Rachel.
