When we went inside the store, the sales person named susan warmly assisted us, listened to the type of bed mattress we were looking for. We tried all the bed mattresses she suggested that were suitable for our needs. Then we decided to pick the Lambert mattress after having it tried many times and compared it to the other mattress. She was very efficient and knowledgeable about the products. She answered all our querries and they also offered a cup of tea or coffee but we declined it because we just had one in the coffee shop.

Friendly saleswoman. Knowledgeable. Honest. Wasn't rushed or pressured.

Really knowledgeable member of staff who took time to listen to the medical problems my mother was experiencing and went through all of the options and prices in a sensitive , caring and professional manner . Whilst she was busy a colleague made my wife and I a cup of coffee which was another nice touch . I liked the explanation about insurance and mattress collection . I also appreciated the tip about price match options . Janette was a credit to your company and I would return again should we decide to spend more money in the new year on a bed for my mother or my own family . A really positive experience typical of what we have had in other shops at Retail Park during a big refurb of our house . British firms are at last getting it right on customer service . Well done !

This was the third item we have purchased from this branch and we have had nothing but great service and we are happy with all three products purchased.

The lady that helped us, Joanne, was patient and `very helpful. We had a young child with us that was bored stiff and Joanne and her colleagues helped to keep him entertained and made us feel calm and relaxed and able to make decisions without being flustered. It was a great experience

On entering the store for the first time Jeanette welcomed us and took us to the location of sofa-beds within the store. She and her colleague Dave were helpful, pleasant and professional throughout. We returned a second time to check colours/sizes and they both provided a similar service. We were helpfully notified via email of price reduction date and placed our order on the third visit. No complaints whatsoever regarding service received.
