Denise was more than accommodating in showing us mattresses that were available. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

The assistant was helpful, friendly and understanding. When unsure of a specific answer to a question there was a colleague available to clarify/help.

The product we eventually purchased was explained well in the quality and all aspects of its specifications by one of your assistants janette at your team valley store

Very thing was smooth and pleasant

The whole experience was smooth, comfortable, pleasant and efficient. I was somewhat nervous because I have a back/leg issue, yet the advisor went out of her way to help me relax while I sampled the mattresses. I was able to buy exactly what I needed, at a very good price, without the "hard sell". She was very patient with me. When I left the store I felt so very good!

Joanne was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I had expected the purchase of a new mattress would be difficult but Joanne was so patient, answering all of my questions patiently. I left the store feeling very happy with my shopping experience.

My visit to the store was very good, Joanne helped me make my choice with information I would not have thought about. I left the store and visited bensons for beds but quickly returned to Dreams to make my purchase as the service did not measure up to Dreams.I am very satisfied with all aspects of my visit.

very helpful able to answer all questions I asked explained that the headboard had wooden sticks as the picture did not show this. David was also able to sort out a delivery date for me so rec'd before xmas
