Denise approached us after a short while offering help. From then she was there to answer questions, challenge our thinking and offer us full support. It was so friendly and easy and made us really take our time to get it right

Went to carpet right and bensons before going to dreams. The sales assistant Jonathon was very helpful and was the key factor in my purchase.

The assistant(Abbi), was more than helpful and knew the products very wel,l and she could not have done more to make us feel at ease and explain everything to us .

I have been looking for a king size headboard in grey wood and went on line. Dreams website displayed just what I wanted but there was a 8-10 week delivery. Not what I wanted. I therefore visited Dreams Store at Retail World at Gateshead and we were offered a delivery date of 2 weeks!!! One very happy customer. Delivery 9th January, 2018. Thank you, Dreams.

Our customer service assistant Denise (I think that was her name, Team Valley branch) was AMAZING with our 2 young children and so understanding of our needs overall. Also, she had excellent product knowledge.

The member of staff who assisted us was very helpful, recognised that the person we required the mattress for needed time and patience and this was given. We were given time to ourselves and did not feel rushed in any way. The choosing of the mattress was helped immensly by the assistants knowledge, friendliness and professionalism. The sale was completed competently and as quickly as was possible with the paperwork/payment. The only thing that I did not appreciate was that the mattress my brother chose as the most confortable for him did not have the 20% reduction.
