Quick; informative; met our needs; knowledgeable sales person who asked us questions which allowed us to make a decision that we were happy with. Good price - at this time of year we except to make a saving. We waited until the sale and were pleased with the price that we paid.

We had a good experience sales lady Susan was very helpful in us making our purchase.

Janette greeted us when we entered the store and offered her assistance. we told her we needed a new mattress for our bed. She asked if we would like to try some out as we were not sure what we wanted. She then offered us coffee and took us over to the beds in the coloured zones to try out. We tried several beds, with janette explaining the difference between them all. We eventually decided which one we would like to buy, and janette took us over to her desk to sort out all the details and for us to make our payment. I would have liked to have it delivered earlier,but that's just because I'm excited at getting new mattress.
