Employee was very helpful and had good knowledge of the products. Beds were well set up for testing and there was a good selection. Hopefully we have made the right choice to suit us.

The client advisor (Jonathan) was very patient with us as we took a long time to choose the best mattress for us and our daughter. In between offering us regular cups of tea and coffee (which we respectfully declined!), he gave us very helpful advice. Very impressed!

The staff were extremely friendly and easy to talk to. They were very helpful when we explained what we were wanting. Explaining in detail measurements etc. The ranges we looked at looked well made and practical and were fairly priced.

We received first class assistance from Abi. We didn't really know what kind of mattress we wanted on arrival and after trying out several and listening to her advice, chose the perfect one for our needs.
