Our customer adviser, Denise, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding our mattress choice and our frame choice. She helped us to find the perfect mattress for us and our budget, and wasn't pushy to try and up-sell us. We were extremely impressed with her helpfulness and knowledge during our visit.

Excellent customer service, lovely friendly staff member who took time to understand what we needed, made suggestions, and we ended up purchasing bunk beds.

The sales assistant Joanne was very friendly and took all the time we needed to help us select the right product for us. Joanne's level of service and knowledge of the products was exceptional. We felt supported and able to make the right choice for us. We have compared other providers and Dreams definitely came out top. Would highly recommend and our thanks to Joanne!

Susan was very welcoming but allowed us to browse without feeling pestered but was more than happy to assist once we were ready to enquire

The assistant was very knowledgable and took time to understand our needs. Pointing us in the right direction and insisting that we had tried more than one product to compare our purchase with.

We were greeted at the door but said that we were just looking, assistant gave us some information an we were let to look around the store without being harassed. We were approached a few time asking if we were OK and just to ask if we needed help. When we were ready we were given all the help and advise that we needed to come to a decision on which mattress to purchase.

On arrival we were immediately greeted by a friendly staff memenber. She introduced herself and politely left us to look around in peace. Once we made our decision, Denise was extramly knowledgeable with the product information and ensured we chose a mattress that would suit us both. She was both efficient and happy to help, from beginning to end. Thanks you Denise :)

Fantastic customer services, very friendly, easy to talk to sales woman, didn't feel pressured to buy, knowledge was second to none, we walked away very happy. I would most definitely recommend dreams at Team Valley to all friends and family.
