Couldn’t fault the customer service and friendly nature if staff without being pushy

Staff didn't hassle me, however, when I was going between mattresses, they came and asked if I had time to try to sleep machine thingy. Really nice lady, although she asked what my partner name was and assumed it was a female (I am straight) but we laughed it off....Explained I was a princess, allergic to synthetic fabrics and latex so memory foam mattresses were out of the question, also get far too hot in bed, she steered me towards to the natural fibres, and we tied a few beds with a tissue over the head rest, she didn't have a mask on, I did. Tried a few for firmness, and chose the Feather & Black, exactly what I wanted, gave me the payment options, I was in and out in 30 mins, absolutely spot on service, everything emailed over, all explained - Parted with £1,500+ for a SK mattress....Let's hope it arrives with courteous delivery drivers! In the store I had identified the mattress I wished to purchase staff were available to assist. Unfortunately the mattress required was not available in store or online, however staff very helpful in identifying and sourcing suitable alternative

The Store Assistant, Dani listened to what we wanted and advised accordingly showing us all the products suggested by the sleep analysing machine. There was no hard sell and myself and my wife were given time on our own to discuss what we wanted to do. We were pleasantly surprised at the product availability as we thought delivery would be a lot longer.

The automated tool was broken but Danni acted professionally and continued to help us and took us from bed to bed and helped us pick the prefect tempur mattress.

Friendly service with a member of staff that knew her job inside out!
