Friendly assistant knowledge of the mattresses excellent

We were approached by a member of staff called Denise who was extremely friendly and polite. Denise explained the difference between each of the beds and then got us to try each of the different types to see what was best for us. We then found a bed that we were both very happy with and we felt relaxed and valued during the whole experience.

On entering the store our knowledge on the type of mattress we wanted was very limited. Having attended previous stores and felt we were no further forward, we were greeted in Dreams by Janette who talked us through the type of options available to us and the quality/different products available. She took on board our comments in respect of the mattresses we were trying and this made it easy to narrow our search. Her knowledge in relation to both mattresses, beds and pillows was extremely useful and easy to understand. She even provided me with a drink of water when I wasn't feeling too good and allowed us to take our time to consider our options. Due to Janette's excellent customer service, we felt that we would not receive help quite like this in another store and decided to order the bed/mattress and pillows there and then.

Fab service really took care of us

Lots of time spent with us. Never felt pushed into buying more expensive.

Jonathan the sales assistant was knowledgeable.He explained the products so well that although we had visited thinking we would not order today we were so sure that the product was good for our needs that we ordered today .A credit to the sales team.

Susan was very friendly and helpful without being at all "pushy". We left the store to consider our options then returned to complete the order which was dealt with swiftly and efficiently.
