I received excellent service from the assistant who was very helpful, polite and knowledgable.

The lady Joanne was really pleasant and knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable.

The staff were extremely helpful & welcoming. They also had great knowledge of the products we were looking for.

The whole experience was great. I found this store by chance. But I was in the area pricing beds. I loved so much in this store, the layout, the none pushy and patient staff and the ease of just wondering round looking for my ideal bed.

Lovely staff very helpful with there knowledge

I was very satisfied with my experience at dreams as i went in looking for a bed i had seen online but could not find the bed and the lovely Denise, asked if we needed any help and i told her i couldn't find the bed. Denise went out of her way to help us, she showed us the bed we were wanting and then we wanted a mattress so give us 3 options after we described what we wanted. She give us her opinion as she had one of the mattresses herself then left us to decide. We were offered tea and coffee and made to feel very welcome and not looked down on as we were only young. Denise helped us decide on which way we were going to pay as i was going to do it over a 12 month finance but wanted to pay off more before the end of the 12 month so discussed the buy now pay 9 months time which suited us much better. Honestly had a great service at dreams and with Denise that i would come back without any hesitation. Thank you densie, looking forward to the quick speedy delivery of my new bed :)

Assistant Denise knew the products and offered good advice.

I was satisfied as Susan was great as I was not to sure what I needed and she helped me a lot, can't thank her enough very professional.

I found the shop assistant very helpful she new what she was talking about because my wife is disabled and she new what my wife needed
