Abi the sales lady was friendly and very welcoming. She advised us on matresses and demonstrated the beds we bought to us. She clearly advised to us about the insurance and was definitely a worth while extra paying for.

We just couldn't fault anything related to our purchase. Everyone delivered as promised, the bed looks and feels great. Top marks to the polite delivery team too who wore over socks to protect our carpet and who worked efficiently and speedily. They even refused a cup if tea while assembling the bed because they had a busy schedule.
