Denise (gateshead) knew exactly what we needed and did not push or rush us into a decision. She was very knowledgable and she was very patient with us. The whole staff were very friendly

Denise served us at the team valley store. She was very friendly. Asked us on entering the store if she could help. Her product knowledge was excellent. We tried lots of different mattresses and she was very patient with us. It was important to get it right as I suffer with a bad back. We ended up spending a lot more than we were expected to but were satisfied that this was the best purchase for our needs. Over all an excellent experience.

As soon as we stepped into the store and asked the question where do we begin we want to buy a new mattress, the assistant was very helpful nothing was too much he was able to answer all our questions and was very knowledgeable. We were given as much time as we needed to make our choice.
