I felt very comfortable Denise was very pleasant and informative without being pushy.

Jonathan the sales man was extremely friendly, was really polite and had a really good knowledge of all the products that the company sold, was very patient and explained all the benefits of different beds to me whilst i made my decision, he is a pleasure to have done with business with and you should be proud to have a member of staff like him.

The assistant was very friendly and helpful. I was asked as I entered if I had been in before and as I hadn't I was given a brief overview of the shop, the assistant then stepped back and gave me the space and time to look around. When I saw something I liked she was efficient in ordering and planning the delivery. Overall a good experience.
