Dreams - Gateshead

Upon arrival to Dreams team valley we were greeted by Janette, she was friendly and professional and we did not feel pressured at all during the visit. Janette listened to our needs and took the time to explain to us the structure and materials of the beds. She answered all our questions and was very accommodating. During our visit to the store we were offered refreshments and all staff throughout the store were friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend people to visit the store.

The staff provided useful and helpful information to help us decide what mattress would be the most suitable for our needs. They gave us plenty of time to try out the beds for comfort and firmness. Very helpful but not pushy.?

Jonathan (our assistant at the team valley shop) was great, he took time to go through the choices of mattresses and explained the differences to find out what would suit us best. Really efficient process, couldn't recommend enough

The member of staff Denise that took care of us was lovely. She listened to what we wanted advised us and showed us different beds. Most importantly to us there was no pressure what so ever. We left to think about it before returning to place the order and this was not a problem. She was great with our kids too. Denise is a credit to you.

I was really impressed with the way different types of beds were arranged by colour, this was a great help to us in trying out the type of bed we wanted. I was also really impressed with the advice the salesperson gave us, which helped us in choosing the right bed.
