Dreams - Gateshead

I was dubious about visiting this store, as past experiences of visiting furniture shops the staff are in your face and even chase you around the shop.I was dreading this visit.We arrived and started to look around then we were offered assistance. Not pushy, but informative.We asked for toilets then we looked and asked about products.Jeanette was a very nice person to deal with.We were going to go away and have a coffee but surprisingly we were offered one.We then decided which bed and pillows to purchase and proceeded with booking delivery and payment, which was very nicely orgznised.I would have liked your store to be situated at the Metro Centre as my family and I had travelled from 70 miles fromTweedmouth but we arrived eventually and definately worth the trip.

The Sales Assistant, Rachel, was lovely. She was helpful and friendly. She didn’t pressurise us at all But was on hand to answer any questions. She got me a coffee and she got our daughter a drink of water. She is a great ambassador for your store!

We dealt with Rachel who was brilliant, no pressure, very friendly and definitely took her time to ensure we were buying the right product (a lot of indecision on our part!). Rang up with a question later and again she was so helpful. Mattress delivered today and again great service - delivery guys were friendly and helpful.

Fantastic staff who really knew the products and everything associated with them. They were quick, polite, more than helpful and very cheerful. We never once felt over crowded or pressured like some of the sales hawks in other stores. Great products for the money. Especially with the Easter discounts offer. On both visits, we were given lovely hot drinks

Rachel the assistant was very friendly and very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. She let us browse at our leisure and assisted us when we were ready. She explained all the different mattresses to us and was very patient and understanding of our needs. The store was bright and clean and the staff were welcoming and helpful.

The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. Susan, who was our assistant was brilliant and when we got a bit worried (by another store) about the logistics of delivery David came through and put our minds at ease. Customer service is extremely important to us and we couldn't have been happier.
