Friendliness and helpfulness of staff

We were helped by a lady called Denise, she was very very good at her job, she took time to explain everything to us without applying pressure. Denise also listened to any questions we had and took time to answer them. Even when we decided we wanted to make a purchase Denise still did not apply any pressure on to us to make us feel as though we had to buy anything. Denise is a very friendly lady who knew her job and the products you sell. Even after we had made our purchase, Denise told us to call in to the shop if we were passing to let her know what we thought of our new purchase.

Friendliness of all staff was very clear. Professional and fun.

Your representative was very personable, engaging and knowledgeable. We did not seem to be pressurised and were given time to use and experiment with the product. We were offered drinks and a range of products to try out which made the choice more informed. We are looking forward to delivery. Thanks

the woman in the team valley store was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products,makes you feel at home with a cup of coffee and helps you choose a mattress that's right for you,enjoyed my visit.

On entering the store our intention was to look round and to go to another store as well. After first meeting with Abi - she put us at our ease - listened to what we wanted and suggested mattresses for us to try. She then left us to try them and came back a little later and asked if more help was required, again she answered our questions very well and again put us at our ease. After we had whittled down the decision to two types of beds Abi came back again and we chatted about the ways of payment should we decide to proceed. Abi was very knowledgeable and advised us of all the different options and allowed us time to make our decision. We subsequently then made our decision and sat down with Abi to make our purchase. All through the "paper" filling exercise - or rather computerised system Abi was attentive and helpful and made the whole experience enjoyable - rather than a tedious chore. I would highly rate Abi, she is very people orientated, competent and a great asset to your store.

Looked in a number of bed shop but I must say you can not beat dreams ,first class surface.iwould definitely recommend this store.
