Janette was attentive but not overly so. She allowed us plenty of time to choose. The products all seemed high quality and Janette was very knowledgeable.

The assistant listened to our needs and we found her extremely informative and very helpful

Denise (Team Valley store) was so helpful, she really knows her stuff and has excellent customer service skills. Lovely lady who was so nice with my three year old, and helped keep her entertained while I ordered my new bed. She was recommended to me by friends who had a similar positive experience with her a week earlier. Thank you Denise! In general the shop was very tidy and had a good selection of quality products.

Served quickly but efficiently.Staff had good product knlowledge and directed us towards suitable products but allowed us to make our own minds up.

Went in to look at specific products for buying in the future. Found some great offers and ended up buying then and there. Got a great price with some additional half price products because of the initial purchase. All done in 20 minutes or so. Good choice of delivery slots. Interest free credit available. All in all well pleased with things

When entering the store myself and my partner was greeted with a warm and friendly manor and was asked if the colleague could help with the assistance we required we where then left to looks at the products without feeling hassled or pushed into making any choices. Once we had decided the bed we liked we approached Susan who was more than happy to guide us in choosening the appropriate mattress while making us aware of different types/offers and explaining the 30 sleeps unhappy offer with the mattresses. Once we choosen she sat us down offered us a hot drink and went through all offers an options to give us the price which she didn’t force us to sign and agree upfront an allowed us the breathing/consideration time to make our final decision, which resulted in us coming back in less than half an hour as we believe we had been offered a fantastic deal compared to other companies and could not fault the brilliant customer service from Susan and the friendly staff at the team valley store. The whole experience was faultless and stress free through out.

The sales assistant, Dave, was excellent. When we first walked in we weren’t sure that we were actually going to order. He approached us and asked if we needed help, we confirmed we didn’t at that point. He said it was no problem and he’d be on hand if we did need any help. When we’d viewed several possible beds, we asked for more details and he clearly explained the finance and availability before we committed to our purchase. All round I don’t think there was anything more he could have done to help us.
