Andrea was both very professional and friendly, as well as very knowledgeable. Although we arrived at the latter end of the day, we at no time felt hurried or pressurised and nothing was too much trouble.

The staff were wonderful. They helped me with many requests, including holding a roll of wallpaper behind the bed to check colour schemes! They explained everything very well and the process of buying was quick and concise.

Dani who served me was very friendly and supported me through the process. There was no pressure to buy anything. She was very knowledgeable and helped me choose the right product for me.

I had decided on a bed frame however needed assistance with choosing a mattress. Dani was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and helped me to try out and then choose a mattress. The order process was efficient and Dani explained everything very thoroughly. I must also mention her colleague (it was her first day!) who was fantastic at chatting to my little 2 year old boy and keeping him happy while I was busy ordering, she also helped carry my pillows and mattress protectors out to my car which was a massive help. A great experience overall.
