The assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me find the perfect bed, explaining each one as we went. At no time was there any sales pressure, it was just a really comfortable experience. Honestly the customer service was brilliant.

The staff was very friendly. There was a new staff member, and she explained why she would need to consult with senior colleagues about some products.

Dani was very helpful, explained about discounts and tried to get me the best deal. Very happy that everything will be delivered soon but saying that the items have not arrived yet so I could not comment on that part of the service or if the items are as I expect them to be . So far very happy .

We were aware of the product we wanted, Claire was able to take us directly to the product to see in real life and was able to assist us in purchasing the product.

I felt the sales team were helpful but not overwhelming (as in some stores). If felt informal and unpressured despite being in the shop trying different mattresses more than 1hour. It actually resulted in me spending more money as I had chance to properly try everything.

The staff were all very friendly and offered us drinks while we waited for the order to be processed. Excellent service and choice of beds and mattresses
