Excellent customer service super helpful

Walked in store and seen the most beautiful bed, gleamingly clean at a bargain price. We were approached by a lovely professional young girl who talked us through everything from payment to delivery options and other products. Highly satisfied with the customer service provided by the girl in store and will be visiting again very soon for another two beds.

The store colleagues, David and Rachel were very professional and friendly with extensive knowledge of all the products and were able to advise us on the most suitable for us. We returned to the store the next day (Sunday 22/4/18) to amend part of our order. David was extremely helpful again; updated our order without delay, and also went out of his way to get the soonest delivery date.

The staff were very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The recomendations made suited my needs fully, the staff also carried the mattress I bought over to my parked car, all together a very good experiance.

Joanne, the sales assistant, was extremely helpful. She had fantastic product knowledge and ensured we found the right mattress.

The main reason was the customer assistant Joanne who we dealt with in the team valley store in Gateshead. What a lovely and helpful woman, couldn’t of been politer and more helpful is she tried. Will definitely shop again.

We were acknowledged upon entering the store and allowed to browse,and I then approached the sales person with a question which was answered with ease,and we were then shown various items we were interested in, and this resulted in us making a purchase.

We initially went instore to look around. We were approached by joanne who offered assistance she was helpful and friendly understood what we looking for. We ended up buying bed which wernt planning on that visit however extremely happy non the less.

The store was easy to navigate, I was being given assistance but also left to my own thoughts when I needed to ponder about the options available. The staff was friendly and helpful, however I had to wait for their attention for a bit due to other clients' presence. The only thing that surprised me was the long waiting time for delivery (more than a month), that's really a long time.

We were asked if we needed any help as soon as we entered the store. The assistant, Rachel, was very knowledgeable and very friendly , one of the best shop assistants I’ve ever had to deal with. She really knew the product but wasn’t at all pushy. I would definitely recommend the store and would advise anyone to try and see Rachel.
