The sales rep was very helpful and helped me choose the perfect bed for my needs and budget. I was treat very well before I even considered buying the bed. Dreams always seem customer friendly and dont pressure you into buying, which gives you more chance of seeing all kinds of beds and choosing the right one for you. The sales rep also offered us coffees and deals on bedding.

Really knowledgable and friendly staff. Used good questioning techniques and personalised benefit explanation. Gained empathy through effective interaction. Got to a natural close by identifying when our needs had been met and we understood the product features and how the benefits met our needs. Regularly checked understanding and didn't try to sell on price

All staff members were attentive and very patient. Had a 4 year old with us and whilst doing the sale a woman entertained him by colouring in, showing him beds and giving him sweets and refreshments (Susan). Graham who sold us the bed helped understand our needs from the moment we walked in the door and assisted us with which bed would help with my spine damage (Fibromyalgia). We were also offered refreshments and as they were pricing up the products we were ordering they showed us the tempur experience and watched the DVD whilst trialing the bed. The team went above and beyond and we couldnt thank them enough.

Great customer service. Was served by Mr Graham, he was very friendly and helped to find what we looked for. Dreams got many offers and range of collection from mattresses to bed covers.

Store is easily navigated, well thought out product placement. Staff knowledgeable, friendly but not overly pushy. Assisted by Abi and Denise and Graham, all of whom were more than happy to help me in my selection, providing their advice based upon product knowledge.

I was highly satisfied with my experience at Dreams, Denise the sales advisor was very helpful chatty and friendly, we were able to have a laugh and conversation with her and she made us feel at ease. The ordering process was fantastic very speedy and easy to use, I already have an account through creation so it went through super quick and Denise was able to find me on the system straight away. Pricing of the beds was also impressive we had called in after visiting another store just by chance to see what other options we had and straight away I fell in love with the bed frame that I ordered. :)

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, even offering us a coffee whilst we were browsing! Denise, who was the one who served us in the end (although Abi was very helpful as well) was great, she explained everything to me and was very knowledgeable about the bed and mattress etc. I would definitely shop here again and will recommend it to my friends

As we stepped into store, we were immediately welcomed and greeted by the Dreams friendly staff. As first time home owners, we were not sure what to look for in a mattress and didn't really know where to start! Janette's customer service was exceptional and provided us with a full Dreams experience! We felt very confident in Janette’s knowledge, advising us patiently with each practical demo, taking time to explain all of the available options to best suit our needs. Contracts and delivery was explained clearly step by step. All staff were very attentive, even those who were not dealing with our purchase directly! We were delighted with the service of the Dreams team and would certainly recommend Dreams at Team Valley to our friends and family.
