very friendly staff, very knowledgeable about products with lots of different products to try, all the members of staff were very helpful at keeping our children entertained while we made our purchase. Denise who assisted us offered excellent customer service and made our experience enjoyable when it could have been stressful with the children. ( they had a brilliant time ).

Joanne, at your Team Valley branch, was friendly and very knowledgeable about the products on offer. She answered all our questions and took the time to make sure that we were completely satisfied with our purchase.

We were given the opportunity to try mattresses which suited us in terms of comfort. We were not pushed into buying anything with a larger price tag. We were given time to think about our order. We were catered for in terms of paying a deposit upfront and applying for the finance later as were were in the process of buying a house therefore did not want to leave a footprint on our credit file. All round positive experience.

From the moment we entered the store the staff were pleasant and attentive. Did not pounce on us but built rapport very well. Rachel surprised with her knowledge of the products which we did not experience in other stores. Took time with us to ensure we made the right choice. Rachel asked appropriate questions to make sure she really understood what we wanted. The guy in the store at the time was also pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. We were very happy with every aspect of our visit, we did not plan to spend on the day but we felt very reassured with the service and products.
