Janice the sale staff was amazing. She wasn't pushy or forceful. Just right. She was helpful and I really can't sing her praise higher she was amazing. Hopefully the after care will be just as good as she was. She should be manage or something

Graham was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and made the buying process very easy. We had an idea of what we wanted but he helped us to make sure it was right and made it easy to see the benefits of the other items that we purchased without being 'salesy'

The service I received from walking into the shop to going out was extremely pleasant. The store sales person who attended to me was Graham and he greeted my husband and I as soon a we entered he shop. He offered us refreshments, and informed us how the shop was set out so that we could easily locate the type of mattress we informed him we wanted. Graham was very knowledgeable about the mattress's, bases & headboards. What we found very good about this shopping experience was that there was no hard selling, we were just given all the information we needed and then Graham left us to discuss things between oursleves, but was always within easy contact distance. Completing the transaction with form filling was very easy as Grahm explained every step to be completed. A very pleasant shopping experience over all.
