Quickly greeted and promptly directed to the area that we needed and quoted a price immediately, retailer in the store was very efficient in delivering the information we needed when buying our toddler mattress.

As I walked into the store Graham gave myself and family a chance to take in our surroundings and scan the products before making his way over to offer his assistance. I showed him two images of mattresses that I had researched from The Dreams website, to which Graham advised that the mattresses were not out on the shop floor but there was a similar mattress. Graham was really patient with myself and family as my Nanna is disabled and I was buying a mattress for her. Graham advised my Nanna to try out the mattress which he supplied pillows for her to try out as well. Graham was very insitful about the products and how many pillows we should sleep with. Graham also offered myself and family a drink which I thought was really nice. When serving us Graham came across as very friendly discussing his own experiences of life which was nice to hear as it didn’t make him sound like he was only interacting with us to get a sale. Also Graham was very clear and helpful when putting the order in he explained everything in detail.

From the minute i walked through the door i was approached by friendly staff who did their best to cater for all of my needs whilst i was in the store. I was offered a hot drink whilst i started the process of buying my bed. The staff were able to answer all of the questions i had and were very knowledgeable about all of the products in the store

We arrived at the store early, we were greeted by a member of staff who lead us to the mattress we were interested in after viewing mattresses on your website. We were offered alternatives within the price range. Insurance was offered & benefits clarified.

The lady Joanne who served us was really knowledable and friendly. She helped us make a desicion on which mattress to choose and I got to test them out.
