I have purchased 3 beds from dreams. I have received excellent customer service each time and the delivery team were prompt and friendly.

We walked into store and were immediately met by Jonathan. We advised that we were looking for a Ottoman bed and he was able to take us to each bed available in store. When we advised that we were not sure between a couple of beds we liked he was able to show us a mix between the two which was the bed we purchased. He gave us the time to measure up and ensure we were happy (with a 6 and a 20 month old). Order was processed quickly and he explained delivery, fitting, etc so we were able to make life as easy as possible. Very good customer service.

Susan, the sales assistant, looking after me was brilliant and very responsive to my needs as a customer. She handled my finance with speed and it was a joy to spend time with her, I only wish I had more money to spend!

Rachel was our assistant, she answered our questions and had excellent product knowledge. She was friendly and professsional and made our visit extremely pleasant and we left the shop extremely happy with both the experience and our purchase.
