we were highly satisfied mainly due to the way we were treated by the staff as they were very friendly and spent time and guided us but did not rush or push us to to make a decision

I visited the Gateshead store and was assisted by a lovely lady called Denise. She was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgable.

We were expecting to go to a few different shops bed shopping to compare. But dreams on the team valley was the first one we went to and didn't need to go anywhere else as straight away we were approached by Graham. He helped us the whole time we were there. We ended up buying a lot more than we had planned but the prices were too good to miss and Graham was a hard guy to say no to ha-ha. He was a very friendly and extremely helpful guy as were the other staff too. Couldn't fault him or our visit and cant wait for our new bed and all the extras to arrive in a couple of weeks :)

We were immediately greeted by Denise from your Team Valley store as entered your store and asked if we needed any assistance. We advised we were looking for TV Beds and a new mattress. We were talked through the mattresses and handed pillows each to try on a number or beds. We kept going back to different beds and then finally chose the Tempur bed which I have to say is the most comfortable bed together with the pillow. I cannot wait for delivery. Denise was so knowledgeable and all your products, her friendly manner was lovely. She offered my son a drink while we were deciding on what products to purchase. I would definitely recommend Denise and your store to any friends and family looking to buy a new bed or mattress.

This was our first visit to Dreams and we were not dissapointed, Your colleague Graham gave friendly, informative and knowledgeable advise when we told him what we required . At no time did we feel pressured into making our choice, which does happen in some shops. I telephoned a couple of days later and spoke to Graham to ask if it would be now possible to arrange collection of old bed , again this was no problem and he would arrange this through his manager and ring me the next day to confirm. Excellent service. Graham is a credit to your company if you could please pass this accolade onto him and his manager.

As a wheelchair user, the staff was excellent they were so.kind and.explained any question I asked.as it was a long time since we bought a bed. they gave me any time I needed and this was the best any anyone could have done for me hope you could thank them for me. Thank you .

most helpful and friendly service

We "dropped in" on a journey from south of England to Alnwick. We have no local Dreams store but wanted an inexpensive single mattress for grandchild coming from Australia for a few weeks. We thought we could get a roll up and put it in the car. The assistants went out of their way to be helpful, even finding us a good quality, sale mattress costing little more than our cheap one. They were able to arrange delivery (before the family arrive) and now mattress has arrived on time.
