We were left to peruse in our own time and then when we were ready fir assistance. The guy was excellent. He new exactly what he was talking about went through everything with us and spent time with us. When coming to purchase the product he went out of his way to suit our needs.

Although it was a busy day Susan made us feel like we were important to the store, and offered good advice. We were very pleased with the way the purchase was handled.

Staff were all very friendly, keen to help and very knowledgeable about the types of bed available.

Excellent customer service, range of products, price range and ease of being able to find and purchase what we needed. We felt welcomed and that our needs were being listened to, rather than a pushy sales approach found out many other retailers. All-in-all, a pleasant experience. We’ve used Dreams before and wouldn’t hesitate to go back again.

We were politely met by Jonathan when we entered your store. We said we were on the lookout for a new mattress. We probably got in store about 2.30 and left close to 5! He had us trying all the matresses tailoring our needs with cups of coffee on the way. For a trip I wasn't looking forward to, it turned into quite an enjoyable experience. Never in a million years would I have thought to spend what I did, and fair play to your colleague for that!

Myself and my partner noticed the summer sale signs around the store so we decided to go in for a browse. We were greeted with a "Hello" and a friendly smile from all staff. The staff gave us a chance to look around the store freely. We had our eye on a particular bed and Susan came over to us. She answered all our questions thoroughly. My partner suffers from a bad back and Susan recommended a certain mattress for us. Susan asked us if we would like a quote and guided us to her desk, offering us tea/coffee (perfect cuppa). Susan was very professional when talking to us through the finance and delivery date etc. During this process we decided we wanted some side cabinets and Susan made us aware of the 3 for 2 deal. Susan made us feel very welcome and relaxed when chatting about our children and holidays etc. She had fantastic customer service and was a lovely woman. Thank you very much Susan at Team Valley store..from two very happy customers who cant wait for their delivery!
