Andrew and his manager were both fantastic. We went on a journey with Andrew, some pillows and a funny machine that rubbed our back! Andrew was really knowledgeable and took the time to understand exactly what we needed. Great service. Apparently it was only his 4th shift but he was a credit to the team.

The sales assistant (Zoe) was very helpful as were all the staff was highly satisfied with all the help we were given

Greg, the manager, was extremely helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the product and, made ordering our new beds very,very easy.

Sales assistant (I believe was Andrea) was extremely friendly, took time to find us the perfect mattress for us at a price we could afford and made the whole process of ordering bedframe and mattress easy and stress free! Also found us our perfect pillows. Very pleased with our purchases!

We were approached by friendly assistant who helped us immensely. He understood a lot about products. His name was Andrew from team valley. He was very patient while my son tried lots off mattresses. The whole experience was easy and not stressful at all. At the end I could hardly believe he had only worked there 3 days when a colleague came to check all was correct before I left.

Sales staff let us know they were there if needed but didn't hassle us. Were very helpful when we needed them. Very friendly, knowledgeable & efficient.
