I had the assistance of Denise she was fantastic I couldn’t of picked the beds without her I explained exactly what I wanted and showed me to the beds that I have bought

Because off the ease to pick exactly what we wanted and the friendliness of the staff.

The person in the store was extremely knowledge about sleep and beds , didn’t hassle us but provided lots of information and LISTENED to our needs , and in fact when we made a choice , he suggested changing as having listened he thought another mattress would suit us better . Graham

Joanne at the Team Valley branch made my experience at Dreams first class. On entering the store, she was friendly and welcoming, making herself available without hounding us, as is often the case in such situations. She gave us the time and space to explore our options whilst being approachable when advice was required. Joanne asked what our requirements were and then, using her expert knowledge, was able to help us narrow our options. She was even able to steer us towards a cheaper but very similar alternative to our final selection as a way to try and save us money. Joanne encouraged us to take our time and really "test drive" the mattresses, even providing us with our preferred style of pillows in order to give a simulated experience. After deciding on our mattress, Joanne was able to provide us with advice on our finance options, and also supported us with selecting new bedding whilst highlighting in-store offers. She provided us with drinks and went out of her way to make us feel like valued customers. Well done, Dreams Team Valley; Joanne is a real credit to you!

I was highly satisfied because of the way I was treated by the member of staff who assisted me in my purchase,,she was very knowledgeable on my specific needs,there was no hard sell or pressure of any kind unlike some experiences I,ve had in other furniture stores.

As a manager in retail I recognise great customer service which your colleague gave myself and my wife, my wife is disabled so we were looking for a certain type of bed, the colleague was extremely helpful and very friendly.

Joanne was very help, knowledgeable, friendly and professional, after going in to many bed shops and assistants being very pushy therefore we walked out, Joanne was certainly not pushy, she made us feel comfortable, listened to what we were looking forward and also offered a different point of view on a item, we walked out feeling happy, purse feeling lighter but can’t wait for a good nights sleep
