Denise was an angel she had me going from bed to bed to make sure I got that bed that I felt comfortable with. No sales pressure, did not feel rushed & the info she gave me made me feel she knew what she was talking about. The service was excellent from the moment we walked in to the friendly goodbye on the way out from both staff. THANK YOU

The salesman understood what I was looking for and directed me to the best product for my needs. The product was in stock and he offered to carry the item to the car for me. Excellent service!

I didn't really know what beds were available or indeed what bed was best for my wife and I. The store assistant was extremely helpful, but not in our face. He showed and explained the various types of beds and listened to our own particular sleeping problems. Although we ended up paying more than we expected for a bed, I realised very quickly that this was a very important decision that we had to get correct first time. The offer of returning the mattress, if it wasn't right for us, within 40 days was very reassuring and appreciated. An overall excellent experience at Dreams and a huge thank you to Graham.

Denise, the sales assistant, was very helpful. She asked us what we were looking for, took details and showed us different beds, letting us try lots of mattresses to make sure you picked the right one. She was very patient and showed us lots of options. We went to another store but returned to make a purchase from Denise. She made us a drink while we went through the order details and all the fine print. We left the store happy that we made the right choice of bed and the right choice of place to buy it. We want to say a massive thank you to Denise at Team Valley.
