Store was clean and well laid out with space to "stretch" out and not collide with fixtures and fittings which was the first "invite" to walk in! However it was the manner of the staff who were well informed and kept us both well informed of the process all the way through, very much in his own style rather than 'company-script' and we generally felt 'cherished" in a relaxed manner.

Staff went out of their way to help and very friendly. Seemed to know what they were talking about

I was served by a young man called Graham very polite and recommended to me everything I wanted to buy for my mother who recently has had a stroke and what would best suit her needs .

Assistant spent time explaining the benefits of each of the beds I liked but I didn’t feel forced or coerced into making a decision. He ensured the right pillow was available and was happy to let me try over and over again until I thought I got it right. He also explained if after 40 days I thought I might have chose the wrong mattress I could change. This gave peace of mind.

While the price I paid was more than I expected, the sales assistant was very helpful and provided us with a lot of useful advice and was very knowledgeable about the products on show.

We were looking for a new mattress but weren’t really sure where to start, there was such a large variety, which we hadn’t really expected. After a couple of minutes we were ready to leave because we were a little overwhelmed and thought we needed to do a bit of research into what we actually wanted. Denise came to our rescue. We were very grateful for her knowledge and advice which was delivered with friendliness, humour and professionalism at all times.

Denise in the team valley store was brilliant, she came to see us as soon as we were in the shop but she didn't jump on us, she was really great with asking us if we needed help, she was bubbly and an absolute joy to be assisted by. She spoke directly to the people we were supporting and not just to the supporters. She helped up figuring out the best method of payment for us. The women deserves a medal!
