The woman who attended to me, Denise, was extremely helpful and friendly, listening to my needs, coming up with suggestions that I wouldn’t have thought of and being patient while I made up my mind and kept retrying beds. Denise made the whole experience nice and easy and I thought it would be stressful as I have never bought a bed before.

The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and gave us several options of mattresses after discussing our needs. I was offered a cup of coffee whilst competing paperwork. There was quite a time delay for approval on Credit agreement due to a confusion about length of time at our current home and our semi retirement home, where we spend approx. 11 months of the year and the place where we wanted the mattress delivering to. The member of staff Graham was extremely helpful patient and sorted it out when I gave him additional residential information. I was also able to enjoy a second cup of coffee !! When it was all completed he carried the pillows, sheets etc out to my car. I can not praise the service enough. My daughter recently bought a similar mattress from a Dreams store in N.Yorks and it was on her recommendation that we travelled to Dreams.

Joanne provided the time to get to know our needs and talk us through the different kinds of mattresses available. Offering refreshments and making sure our investment was something we was comfortable making.

Friendliness of the assistant, her knowledge of the products and matching them to our needs. Also the ability to try the products. The help we needed to make our choice of bed/mattress meant we didn't waste time unnecessarily.
