Denise attended to us and she was very knowledgeable about the products she explained the lay out of the shop and the colour coding. When we explained the specifics of the mattress we required she immediately directed us to several that fit our requirements and encouraged us to try them explaining the various benefits of each. Denise was not only very knowledgeable but also very professional and personable as were all her colleagues. We were made to feel very welcome in the shop and were allowed to take our own time to think about what we wanted to do without. Excellent store clean tidy and very friendly. Have already recommended to friends.

We were politely greeted as we entered the store,asked if we needed any help and then allowed to carry on browsing at our leisure The bed was selected and Denise made herself available to guide us through choosing a mattress. Her knowledge and general chat put us both at ease and her patience with us was recognised. After trying out several different types of mattress, we found the one we liked. Denise took us through all our options from selecting the bed frame and mattress right through to finding us a suitable delivery date. Paperwork done quickly and a friendly hug as we left the store. She’s helpful, friendly and never pushed us for the sale at any time. Would definitely recommend her to friends looking for a new bed or mattress. Thanks Denise

From the moment we entered the showroom everything was very positive. We were immediately approached by an assistant, Susan, not in an overpowering way but in a helpful and knowledgeable way. She spent a lot of time explaining the different mattresses that were in stock, their pros and cons, and her valued comments were greatly appreciated. At no time were we pressurised into buying. The whole experience was very friendly.

Never been to dreams before, a colleague recommended company, usually stick with John Lewis, but bed I looked at was hard wood not solid pine. So glad we chose Dreams. Assistant was very knowledgeable and very pleasant not pushy. Very happy as I have worked for John Lewis or many years and customer service is very important to me.
