Joanne was very good in explaining the nature of the products.

We were welcomed by Denise who made us feel very welcome and had a great deal of knowledge on helping us find the right mattress for our needs. We did not feel rushed into buying any product and she made sure we tried a selection of mattress before making our final decision. She offered refreshments while trying out the beds and was very professional in her role. She also explained everything to us as we went through the process of the purchase also explaining how we would be contacted when the delivery was due. Overall a very excellent customer service and Happy with the curtisy showed to us .

First of all I should make it absolutely clear that I had no intention of purchasing a mattress today. I’ve spent a lot of time shorting listing mattresses, signed up to ‘which’ and been around a number of stores to lay on what I thought might be suitable. The service ( genuine help and support) I received this morning enabled me to make an informed decision about what I needed.

When we walked into the store we walked around in our own time looking for a mattress .No one bothered us and left us to look .we were then offered help in deciding what we could afford and the type of mattress within the amount we could afford .No pressure and and gave us time to test different types untill we were completely satisfied .A pleasant experience all round with helpful and respectful staff thank you

Graham was excellent, he was very helpful and respectful to my mother who is 91 and wanted to purchase a bed.

Really helpful staff

Graham assisted me at the Team Valley store. I’d never purchased a bed / mattress before but he was really helpful & mindful of my budget - seemed really keen to help me get what I wanted in a quick timeframe. Good understanding of all the products. I was assisted by a few different assistants at the store - there seemed to be good camaraderie & teamwork between them - everyone keen to help but not pushy. Overall a great experience!

Excellent service in Newcastle and York, definitely will recommend yourselves

We got to try all ranges of mattresses before making a decision, Graham also understood and asked lots of questions around how we sleep and which side we sleep on etc. He also asked if we had any aches or pains during the night which I do and he spent time to u understand mine and my husband's individual needs. He even understood different pillow needs and we bought pillows as well. Excellent service. We were even offered a coffee.
