The sales assistant was really helpful, gave advice re mattresses and demonstrated the beds we were interested in. She wasn’t overly eager..just spent time explaining about options

We entered the store not really knowing what we were looking for, other than a new comfier mattress. Layout was good and there was plenty of choice, clear signs and information for each bed and mattress were helpful. Jonathan, who served us, was very helpful, not pushy and provided us with information on each mattress we looked at. We were undecided and spent quite a bit of time going back and forth on a few mattresses. He never pushed us for time and was more than willing to help us out. He gave truthful advice and was more focused on us finding something suitable for us than pushing for a sale. He checked delivery options for different mattresses and told us how each mattress was different. We managed to find a mattress that we both liked and suited our needs. We also picked up a bargain with 20% off. Very happy.

I found Denise extremely knowledgeable about the products, friendly and curteous, we were offered a drink while there and also offered to try all mattresses to lie on before we made our choice. She also gave us advice on how important the pillow is also for a good nights sleep. Excellent customer service.

I had visited before and Joanne was so friendly and down to earth as well as giving clear advice on the products, etc. That I made sure to come back to see her once I had the completion date for my new house. So when I visited again today I made sure to see her again.

Rachel was really informative she fully explained the products and how to look after them. She allowed us to try products and made our experience easier

The sales assistant Susan Dodds was extremely knowledgeable and offered lots of help with the product and accessories. THe order process was easy to follow and the credit information was easy to follow.

Helped by the knowledge of the sales-person, we felt at ease and were not hurried. Very happy with the whole experience and happy with price of purchases. Also were relieved that the company disposes of our old bed.
