The service we received was above and beyond. The sales assistant (Graham, Team Valley) could not have done anything more for us. Very easy to talk with and he showed a genuine desire to help choose the right product for our needs. The ordering of the product was prompt and hassle free.

Served by Rachel at almost closing time on what had obviously been a very busy Bank Holiday sale weekend. I had driven straight from working all 3 days of an exceptionally busy Bank Holiday Weekend. Rachel greeted me with just as much enthusiasm and empathy as if i had been the first customer through the door on day 1. She could not have been more lovely, friendly, polite and professional and was very knowledgeable about all the mattresses she guided me through. She listened attentively to my requirements, asked lots of questions to ascertain my needs and then tried me with several different options with support pillow until I eventually resolved my indecisiveness and settled on my final choice. She was so patient, happily going back and forth between my last 2 options until I was satisfied I had made the right decision. I was taken very clearly through all the paperwork and given all the options to add extras. Rachel even made me an excellent, lovely hot Latte Coffee in a proper mug with proper milk for which I was very grateful after a hard 9 hour solid shift on my feet and I was so pleased that I made the effort to rush to Dreams even though last minute. Shall recommend to all.

Joanne was very informative and had good product knowledge which she tailored to our specific needs. We were given a number of options and combinations to suit or budget, nothing was too much trouble. Everything was explained very clearly and we were left in no doubt as to the terms of the guarantee, purchase, product details and delivery times. This is the second purchase we have made from this store and we would have no hesitation in returning or recommending her and the store to anyone thinking of purchasing a similar item. Thank you.

The assistant Susan couldn't do more to help me with my purchase. She was knowledgeable about the products and gave me lots of help and advise in purchasing the items and also explained different types of mattress, duvets etc. She let me take my time in deciding which furniture units to get, made me a coffee and generally was extremely friendly and helpful.

Jonathon has spoken to us on two occasions now and he was a fantastic help. The knowledge and expertise that he has and shared with us is very much appreciated. We are incredibly grateful for his assistance.
