Dani from team valley was very welcoming and patient with us, her attitude from start to finish was a pleasure to be around, made sure we picked right mattress for us, nothing seemed to bother with her with how many questions we asked or how many times we had her back a fourth, thank you Dani for such a great customer service experience which seems rare these days!

There was a wide range of products to choose from which helped us find our niche in a mattress. We narrowed down our choice and we were assisted in which one would suit us better for our needs. Dani was very informative and helpful with our choice and purchase :)

We'd had a bad experience with an Emma mattress we'd ordered online, in the end we decided to go to Dreams. We'd been in the store for less than a minute before Andrew came to help us. Andrew put us on the sleep science machine to analyse which mattresses would be the best fit for us. He took us around about 7 different ones from a range of prices. Whilst we ultimately ended up choosing a rather pricey temur cooltouch mattress, Andrew never made it feel like we were under pressure to buy something super expensive that was out our budget. He was also very helpful explaining the financing side of the purchase, and his colleague Georgia was also excellent. She helped me pick out the best freebies that came with my new mattress - a set of pillows and a protector if you buy the insurance, which at £85 for 8 years cover is a bargain and I recommend you get it. They were both friendly and knowledgeable, but most importantly patient. We were in the store for over two hours and I never once felt like they were bored of helping us or impatient to be rid of us. Truly lovely people. After a nightmare with Emma customer service, I'm so glad we went to Dreams.

Greeted by a highly enthusiastic lady Zoe in the Gateshead store who showed excellent customer service skills despite only being in her 3rd week. Impressed with the test bed analysis which gave a number of options - incidentally chose the first one on the list. Staff were in no way pushy or pressuring for a sale. Overall a good experience.

The staff member who helped us was exceptional. She offered excellent customer care and was attentive without being pushy. She is a credit to your store.

We have a mattress that was sold to us from another retailer that was not suited under 2 years ago so we didn’t want to make the same mistake twice. We told Steph all about our issue and she gave us brilliant advice and got us to use the machine to see what mattresses are suitable for you and she showed us around about 8 mattresses and gave us advice on each one like springs, foam, toppers etc. she also let’s us try them and explained about your 49 Sleep exchange which gave us great reassurance that we wouldn’t encounter the same problems we’ve had in the past.
