Good help, friendly staff. Mad us hot tea and coffee, let me use their staff disabled toilet, got us proper pillows and helped me a lot. I have a disability which includes severe pain and movement problems. The salesman helped very much, especially when my husband was looking at something else. Can't remember his name but he did say he hadn't been there long. About four months, I think.

I asked to pay for the mattress via the finance option. It took 5 attempts for the system to work (Creation, Barclays and an old Barclays system) Jonathan was great and kept me updated. I was offered a second beverage and his manager (Dave, I think) helped us out too to use a different finance provider as the initial system used kept sending an error code. Dave and Jonathan were very informative and kept me in the loop all the time. It took longer than expected however I am completely happy with the service as I feel they went above and beyond to help with the purchasing of my mattress. I would recommend them to a friend. However I think the finance system should be looked at as I was going to leave if the last attempt had not worked. This is something I didn't want to do as I was keen to order my mattress for delivery in October as I had already spent the time trying out the different mattresses in the store.

I visited on 2 occasions to choose a mattress and both times spoke to 2 different members of staff....they were both very helpful. I was after paying in instalments and this was stretch to a better length of time for me which was great as have not long moved home and have a lot of outgoings with deco. The shop was also immaculate, had lots of choice and when i spoke about the kibd of mattress i wanted....i was led straight to the suggested choices which made me feel that staff knew exactly what i was talking about.
